The villas are designed in modern – functional style, using natural stone, wooden and metal elements, as well as high-strength ceramic granite. The architecture and location of the buildings is designed in a way to limit both – visual contact with the neighbors and to hide completely the interior from the main street.

Despite its small size, each plot has everything needed for a comfortable stay of a family up to 6 people. In addition to the main house, the territory accommodates a small courtyard with two sheltered parking spaces, a green lawn, a barbecue zone and a small patio with a pomegranate tree, as well as a private access to the river, which runs along the plots in a small canyon. The fence is a supporting wall for the neighboring site, which allows to blend in harmoniously with the landscape without any additional hard-walls. Large amount of landscaping, including vertical greening adds coziness and privacy to the site.

Each villa is provided with two storeys plus a functional roof – that can be used as an open terrace.

By the main entrance, between the parking slots and lawn, there is a entrance to the house – covered by canopy. Passing through the glass doors, one enters a small hall that includes a dressing room, a guest bathroom, as well as a staircase – leading to the second floor.

Next to the hall there is a living room with a fireplace, a large comfortable sofa and a dining table for 8 persons. The entire front part of the living room has panoramic windows – providing spectacular view of the nearby hill. To the right of the fireplace there is an access to the terrace, covered with a stylized pergola and equipped with a sofa, couch and armchair, as well as a low cocktail table.

On the right side of the hallway is the kitchen – equipped with all necessary equipment, bar and a round table for 5 persons.

The second floor accommodates 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the left of the stairs is a shared bathroom, followed by the entrance to the master bedroom, equipped with a large two-sleeping bed, dressing area and a private bathroom, as well as balcony – overlooking the hill and the creek. The bedroom also has a low chest of drawers, a large TV and a chair with a coffee table facing the panoramic glazing of the external walls of the room.

To the right is the door to the second bedroom, which is also equipped with a large double bed, a low chest of drawers, a TV area and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a full glazed wall that looks out onto a nearby hill.

Children’s bedroom includes a two-tier bed, a wardrobe, as well as a desk and a play area. The windows of the this room look towards the main street and for this reason they are equipped with reversed angled wooden shutters – which provides maximum sunlight, while hiding the view of the nursery from the outside.

Through the stairs to the top one gets to the operational roof. Right in front of the entrance is an open terrace with a soft area, a bar and a washbasin On the right of the entrance is a separate sunbathing area with two lounge chairs. A stunning view of the hill and the river, as well as towards the sea (when looking to the West) opens up from the top floor, providing an excellent opportunity to watch the sunset.

All balconies and terraces of the villa have a large number of vases with elements of natural gardening.
