The developed project fully met the needs of the hotel for 20 residential rooms, including 6 “Standard” rooms, 12 “Deluxe” rooms and 2 “Premium” with private terraces and frontal sea views; as well as necessary common areas and technical premises, including the reception, waiting areas, luggage storage room, elevator and staircase lobbies.

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a lobby with upholstered furniture area and a reception desk, behind which a small room for temporary storage of luggage is located. Behind the reception area is a staircase lobby and an elevator, that provides access to the upper floors, as well as 4 residential rooms. Second and third floors of the hotel have an identical layout, with 6 residential rooms on each of them. Some of the rooms are facing the main street and are provided with a sea view and have small balconies with French windows. On the last floor of the hotel there are 4 large rooms with private terraces, two of which are Deluxe and have a direct sea view. The planning solution of the hotel included the possibility of access to all the floors through an elevator and a staircase, as well as provided a high percentage of rooms with a sea view – 8 out of 20 rooms got it.

The hotel interior is designed and equipped with no frills, using an optimal number of necessary elements, ensuring maximum comfort for the guests, cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The selected furniture and interior design are made in a modern style, corresponding to the concept and architecture of the hotel. The decorative elements in the rooms are reduced to minimum. The hotel equipment logic focuses on durability of the interior and its ease of use and maintenance. The design solutions provided by our Studio are developed in a way that even not very high qualified builders could implement them.

One of the important tasks during the interior design was working with the existing grid of columns. In places where the columns couldn’t be hidden completely – we used special decorative wooden panels. Fitting organically into the rooms’ interior the panels are visually perceived as a design solution, rather than as an attempt to hide structural deficiencies.

Each hotel room is equipped with large wardrobe, double or twin beds, bedside stool, dresser with a minibar, soft seating area with armchairs and small table and a bathroom, equipped with the necessary accessories. On a top of all listed, “Deluxe” and “Premium” rooms are equipped with a set of outdoor furniture on their own terraces, as well as other additional elements.

Due to climatic reasons, ceramic tiles are used to cover the floors throughout the entire hotel. Because of high humidity, several expensive woods could serve as an alternative, however their use was impractical in terms of the budget and maintenance. To provide guests with an additional level of comfort, soft decorative carpets are placed in the bedside areas of the rooms, organically complementing the general appearance of the interior.

All textiles, used for the upholstery were selected from the local manufacturers, which allowed to optimize the total cost of the equipment and increase the authenticity of the interior. . It’s due to mention, that we were pleasantly surprised by the range of the local market and plan to use it for the upcoming projects in India.
